  • Yes. Long story short, growing up my mom wanted me to be more focused in school, sports, and music. I can’t be angry with her for wanting the best for me. However, once I started going to LAN parties in High School for Halo, I was hooked.

My mom will forever be my number one supporter, after I explained to her that I knew my passion and my career would be in the Gaming Industry, she understood. She actually teaches video game design now.

  • You can find out all of the streaming equipment I use HERE.

  • I started livestreaming back in 2009, during the dark era of Justin.tv, when there was only three of us attempting to stream gaming content. During this time I streamed off an on, because I wanted to spend more time focusing on my education. Right after graduation, I started streaming on a daily schedule and fell back in love with it all over again.

In 2015, I was volunteering to help create Alienware.tv, during this time, I took a step back from my personal channel in order to grow what would soon to be my full time position.

Since the start of 2017, I have been back at it again with a consistent schedule and I couldn’t be happier to see the community once more.

TL;DR – It will be 14 years in Oct. 2023

  • My stream schedule is a little influx.

Currently, I create all of the First Look product videos for work, and that tends to take up a lot of my energy and sometimes evenings and weekends.

I’m trying to stream as much as I possibly can. If you can’t find me on rxysurfchic , you’ll find me over on Alienware.

  • First Person Shooters will always hold a near and dear place in my heart, so you’ll always see me default back to those very often.

I tend to play any game that holds my attention, whether that be anything from Modern Warfare II, to Warhammer: DARKTIDE, Stray, or even Guild Wars 2 with the community.

My backlog is a little upset at me currently.

  • The Last of Us and Uncharted are my top two favorite franchises.

I’m also still in love with Rainbow Six Siege, Back 4 Blood, and HUNT: Showdown.

  • Arya is my cat who I got from AustinPetsAlive! as a rescue, back in 2014. I had just moved to Austin and was living on my own for the first time.

When I got her she was still really sick from being found roaming downtown and needed a lot of special attention. After a few weeks of having to medicate her, she was completely healthy.

You’ll see her at least once a stream, she loves to either jump and sit directly in front of the camera or bare her eye of Sauron to the entire Internet. You’ll also hear her off-screen chirping in the background.
